Through Kundalini yoga, meditation, conscious movement, reflection, nourishing rituals, and meaningful connection with other women, we create space to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

This retreat is an invitation to step away from everyday demands and dedicate time to yourself — to listen deeply, restore your energy, and embrace a new chapter with clarity, presence, and inspiration.

Extend Your Experience

To fully embrace the retreat experience, we invite you to arrive 2–3 days before the retreat and stay 1–2 days afterwards.

Give yourself time to arrive slowly, settle into the beauty of Çıralı, and transition gently into the retreat space. After the retreat, allow yourself time to reflect, integrate, and honour the insights and experiences that have unfolded.

During your extended stay, you will also have the opportunity to choose from a selection of nourishing treatments and wellness offerings available before or after the retreat — creating a deeper journey of rest, renewal, and self-care.
